Erika & Michael Hughes

Michael and Erika are devoted parents to a fearless and curious little girl who inspires much of what they do. As Christ followers, they are deeply guided by faith, purpose, and a desire to serve others in meaningful ways.

With decades of combined experience in the corporate world, they've learned firsthand the value of discipline, creativity, and vision—and they’re passionate about passing those lessons on to the next generation. One of their greatest hopes is to empower their own children to start businesses of their choosing from a young age, fostering a mindset of independence, confidence, and innovation.

The Hughes' journey into education is rooted in a desire to bring that sense of freedom and opportunity to other families in their community. They believe children thrive when given the space to explore, imagine, and grow at their own pace, and they're excited to create an environment where that’s not only possible—it’s the foundation.
